 Who should use this Help Desk?

  This Help Desk serves Westwood College Online (WOL):  
  • Students who experience any Webspace, webcam, student e-mail, or computer or software issues non-related to the course platform.
WOL STUDENTS

Webcam or Video Upload issues: Please submit a trouble ticket here and a student support technician will contact you within 24 hours.

Webspace or student e-mail issues: Please submit a trouble ticket here and a student support technician will contact you within 24 hours.
Note: If you experience e-mail or SMART portal username or password-related issues, please contact your Westwood College Online Student Advisor via e-mail at woladvisor@westwood.edu or call, toll-free, 1-877-817-9525, extension 11500.

Course-related issues: A 24/7 helpdesk is available to assist with course-related issues, such as: logging into your online courses; forgot your login and password; unable to access classes; or difficulties submitting assignments, please contact the Westwood College Online Help Desk via e-mail at helpdesk@westwood.college.com or via phone, toll-free, at 1-888-792-5120. The Westwood College Online Help Desk is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The Westwood College Online Help Desk does NOT support the WOL Student Webspace or Webcam Uploads.

For all other technical issues, such as computer hardware or software problems:

  1. FIRST course of action - if your hardware is currently under warranty and/or your software is still within the support period, contact the computer or software manufacturer,
  2. Second course of action - check the WOL Tech Help Knowledgebase located at www.woltechhelp.com/knowledgebase. The Knowledgebase contains fast and easy access to documented resolutions, tutorials, and/or presentations on the most commonly encountered issues. We are continually expanding the Knowledgebase as new issues arise.
  3. Third course of action: open a trouble ticket here, describing the issue(s) in detail. A student support technician will contact you within 24 hours.
